DMCA and takedowns

If you own rights in something used on Tiramisu Fridge AI, or you appear in a video you didn't agree to, tell us and we'll take it down. For your likeness, an email with the video link is enough; no legal notice needed.

Sending a notice

Email us with the subject "DMCA" and include: the work you own and where it appears on our site, your name, address, phone and email, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature. We act on complete notices within 2 business days.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice: what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature. We forward it to the person who sent the notice.

Repeat infringers

We close accounts that keep uploading content they don't have the right to use.
