Tiramisu Fridge AI turns photos you upload into short AI videos of the tiramisu fridge trend. This page explains what we collect to do that and what happens to it.
What we collect
Your account email, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. The photos you upload, used only to make your video. The finished videos, so you can come back and download them. Payment records from Stripe: your email, what you bought and the amount, never your full card number. Technical data: IP address, browser, request logs, and the link or campaign tag that brought you here.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores files and sends sign-in emails. Stripe handles payments. Google handles sign-in if you choose it, and Google Analytics counts visits and steps such as starting a video or a checkout; when you're signed in it sees your account ID, never your email. Our AI video provider receives your photos to render your video. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your photos to make the video you asked for, and your account and payment details to run your account and the credits you bought; both are needed to provide the service. We keep payment records because tax and accounting law requires it. We use technical data to keep the site secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest. Google Analytics cookies are set only as described under Cookies, with your consent where the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and wherever our AI video provider runs its models. Cloudflare, Stripe and Google transfer data from the EEA, UK and Switzerland under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent framework. Our AI video provider receives only the photos for a video and the instructions to render it, never your name or email.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage within 2 days. Finished videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them. Account and payment records are kept while your account exists, and payment records as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
We set first-party cookies: one keeps you signed in, another remembers which link brought you here. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga) to count visits; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you allow it, and you can change that anytime under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The home page shows a few TikTok videos as covers only: if you press play, TikTok's player loads and TikTok may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent to analytics anytime under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Email us for anything else, including deleting your videos or closing your account; we reply within 30 days. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, these include the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted or corrected, and we won't treat you differently for using them. If you're in the EEA, UK or Switzerland and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Tiramisu Fridge AI is for adults: don't use it if you're under 18, and don't upload photos of anyone under 18.
