By using Tiramisu Fridge AI you agree to these terms. They're short because the service is simple: you add photos, we make a fun video.

Who we are

Tiramisu Fridge AI is an online service run by an individual based in Hong Kong. "We" and "us" in these terms mean the operator of Tiramisu Fridge AI. You can reach us at support@tiramisufridgeai.com.

What the service is

Tiramisu Fridge AI is an independent tool that makes short AI videos in the style of the viral tiramisu fridge trend from photos you upload, for personal, non-commercial sharing. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or any creator of the original trend.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to use Tiramisu Fridge AI, sign in or buy credits. By signing in you confirm that you are.

Your content

Only upload photos of yourself, your pets, or people who agreed to it. No one under 18. You keep any rights you have in your photos and let us use them only to make your video. Don't present a video as real, use it to harass or embarrass anyone, or put it in ads or endorsements. We may refuse a video, remove content or close an account that breaks these terms, and we act on valid takedown notices (see the DMCA page).

Your videos

As between you and us, the videos you make are yours: download them, keep them and share them within these terms. We store them only to show them in your account and let you download them. We don't publish your photos or videos, or use them in our marketing, unless you agree first. AI-made videos may not be protected by copyright in every country, and other people may get similar results from similar photos.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid with credits from one-time packs; there is no subscription. Credits don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash except as described in our refund policy at /refunds. Prices are shown before you pay. AI results vary with the photo and aim for a strong likeness, not an exact copy.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. If we change these terms we update the date at the top; using the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If something goes wrong, email us first; most problems are solved that way. A dispute we can't resolve goes to the courts of Hong Kong, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts or small-claims court where you live if your local law allows it. You keep any protections your local consumer law gives you that can't be waived.
