Refund policy

You pay once for a pack of credits. Here's what happens when something goes wrong.

Failed generations

If a video fails, is refused by the AI model, or you cancel it before it finishes, its credits go back to your account automatically. You don't need to ask. If a finished video is clearly broken (wrong subject, frozen or garbled), email us within 7 days with the video link and we return the credits.

Unused credits

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund the full price to your original payment method.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your account with the order date and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days; card refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 business days. Please email us before opening a chargeback, it's faster for you.
