How to make the fridge POV tiramisu video
Everything that makes the trend work, how to get it from a single photo in a few minutes, and how to film it for real if you'd rather.
What makes a fridge POV video
Every version of the trend uses the same shot. Get these right and it reads instantly:
- The phone sits low on a fridge shelf, looking up past a foil tray of tiramisu that fills the bottom of the frame.
- Someone opens the door for "just one bite" and leans in close under the bright fridge light.
- It's one continuous shot: no cuts, the spoonfuls just get bigger until the tray is scraped down to the foil.
- It ends with a straight, innocent look into the camera.
- Vertical 9:16, about 10 to 17 seconds, usually captioned something like "I opened the fridge for ONE BITE".
Make it with AI from one photo
- Pick a version: Solo for one person, Pet for a cat or dog, or Duo, where one person eats half and a second one finishes the tray.
- Add one clear photo per snacker: one person or one animal, face visible, good light.
- Choose Standard 480p or HD 720p and press the button. Rendering usually takes a few minutes; you can close the tab and we email you when it's done.
- Download the MP4. It has no watermark and is ready to post as it is.
480p or 720p?
Both are the same 10-second vertical video with fridge, spoon and chewing sounds. The difference is sharpness and price:
| What you get | Standard 480p | HD 720p |
|---|---|---|
| Frame size | 480 × 854 | 720 × 1280 |
| Credits | 30 | 100 |
| Cheapest way to make one | $6.99 | $9.99 |
| Best for | Trying the trend, sending it to friends | Posting to TikTok, Reels or Shorts |
Posting it
The clip comes with natural sound only: the fridge hum, the spoon on the foil, chewing. There is no music on purpose, so add the trending sound in TikTok, Instagram or YouTube when you post, the same way the originals do.
Put the joke in the caption ("I opened the fridge for ONE BITE", "who ate my tiramisu?") and tag whoever always does this. And since it's an AI video of a real person or pet, switch on the platform's AI-generated label; TikTok and Instagram both ask for it on realistic AI content.
Filming it for real instead
If you have a tray of tiramisu and someone willing to eat it, you can film the original. Lean the phone against the back of the lowest shelf, set it to the wide lens and 9:16 video, and put the tray right in front of it so the foil edge fills the bottom of the frame. Start recording, close the door, and let the snacker do one take without cutting.
The hard parts are the light and the angle: the fridge bulb is behind the camera, so faces come out flat unless the kitchen light is on, and the phone slips on glass shelves. That's most of why people use the AI version.
